2. A person who sends an inaccurate or incomplete certificate to the Minister must, as soon as possible, communicate the missing or corrected information to the Minister.
In addition, a person who sends to the Minister an incomplete certificate or who is likely to provide missing information or documentary proof must, at the Minister’s request, communicate that information or document to the Minister. The information and documents required by the Minister must be sent to the Minister within 30 days of the request.
